Stargate Atlantis

guardian_of_hopeWith my laptop on it's way to the great motherboard in the sky, I've been chasing other persuits. Among them, learning about the Stargate Universe, not just the tv show of that name, but it's history. Currently, I'm watching Stargate Atlantis, and I have noticed something interesting about their color-coded uniforms.
Command: Red
Science: Blue
Healer: Yellow
Soldier: Black
Of course, to be fair, Sheppard and possibly Ford could wear green, but still, how...Power Ranger-ish, is that?
