Sep. 3rd, 2011 03:50 pm01 – How did you first get into writing fanfic, and what was the first fandom you wrote for? What do you think it was about that fandom that pulled you in?
My first fan-fic was a Pern, Animorphs cross-over that evolved to include Valdemar, Digimon and Star Wars, lost Animorphs and is beginning to creep into a Harry Potter 'verse I've been playing around with and Power Rangers while adding in multiple original characters of various extra-terrestrial origins not the least of which is a Jedi Knight and her gender-switched alter dimensional counter point.
Said counter point was born a girl, disguised herself as a boy, got hit by car, died, was rescued by Zordon and brought back to life as an alien (of sorts) who was later gender switched to an alien guy with a dragon alter-spirit and who pals around with a brainship (as from Anne McCaffrey's Ship Who Sang and ect) and is a green/silver Ranger.
This is why I don't normally write original Ranger teams. The rest of the group is just as weird...
Red- Deaged, former amnesiac alien girl born on an alternate Earth where her people exist as a secret society fighting a war against great evil. Can create impenetrable shields for short periods of time, and materializes weapons out of a wooden/metal ring (any weapon she's studied and knows how to make), is a telepath/telekenetic and a technopath, as well as having the ability to teleport before she became a Ranger, after becoming a Ranger, she can...control lightning, teleport other people, walk through walls, perform magic and manefest a panther as in Jungle Fury.
Yellow- Deaged twin of the Red Ranger, never lost his memory, is a natural healer, creates weapons and shild, telepath/telekenetic, telempath, teleport (but only himself)
Blue- Harry Potter style wizard, metamorphmagus, animagi (wolf)
Purple- Blue's twin, raven animagi
Pink (Pink/Silver)- The Jedi Knight, middle of thirteen children, has a talking horse named Raylin, alternatly called Lis
Green- See above alien gender-swap
Black- Ziggy, former Green RPM Ranger (occasionally called Daniel)
White- Dillon former Black RPM Ranger (alternantly called James)
Gold- Tenaya, although she uses her real name, Rebecca
Silver- Jessie, Ziggy's adopted sister
The more I talk about the Geminii, the worse they sound...
